About The creator

Deidre started young in her ambition to become her own boss. Of course, the challenge was to find a career that was as ambitious as she. Deidre’s creative spirit gave interest in the art of photography. Studying at Brooks Institute of Photography she received her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Photography. Deidre started her own business in 2003. 

Given the opportunity to work with many skilled professionals in the photography field her passion and creative vision allowed her dream to become a reality! The diversity of her career has given her the opportunity to work in Portraiture, Commercial, Product, and Event Photography. Her passion and devotion ranges from not only the high-profile pictures but also those special times. Weddings, Infants, Seniors, or when the family can all be together. 

After fifteen years in the photography industry marketing her own business and other professional business, Deidre realized because of the vast growth in 2020 of population in the upper country, that small businesses were lacking the marketing and branding skills needed to keep up.  She fell into a unique position to build a huge platform for the local health center and realized she and her team could be the ones to provide the marketing services needed.  During the first year of building her marketing business, she has built marketing structures that she was able to apply to other businesses within the community, through her business and volunteer work. Deidre’s passion for marketing lies in the bases that she is able to help other businesses be successful. One of Deidre's main goals is being able to help grow the small businesses in these upper country little towns in order to keep these towns going. Even though she saw the worth in photography, marketing has fulfilled her passions to help growth, and support other entrepreneurs.

When Deidre is not behind the lens or working with her marketing team or in a meeting with clients,  she is spending her time keeping up with her eight-year-old son, her husband, and dogs. Living the quiet life in the small town of Cambridge yet the big job of building her dream home. Deidre is not only passionate about her photos and marketing but her love of family and friends. She is often found visiting her parents’ home in the mountains grounding herself with nature enjoying the scenery of perhaps another creative idea. 

A new adventure for Deidre has been creating the Tri-Valley Community & Youth Co-Op, Deidre Roundtree, is the founder and Director of the Tri Valley Community & Youth Co-Op which includes Cambridge, Midvale and Indian Valley. She is a community leader, business owner, volunteer, and a resident of Cambridge Idaho. She has experienced the lack of awareness around mental health struggles and wellness and available resources in rural communities, Deidre was inspired to become a professional resource and communications specialist in all surrounding communities. The Co-Op was created, to provide the communities with resources they need when faced with negative social issues which can affect many of us in some way.

Her unique perspective and passion toward youth and the people living in our area has her working hard trying to get the word out about the dangers in our world that threaten our children and families. With a background in marketing, photography and graphic design she brings energy and enthusiasm to the projects she pursues.
